Rules of the “Valentine’s Day” promotion

For participants in the DELTA TEX LLC TM COLIN’S Loyalty Program! Receive 25% in bonus points from the cost of the purchased goods to your personal bonus account.

  1. Promotion period
    The promotion runs from February 13, 2026, to February 15, 2026, inclusive, in the colins.com online store and in the operating stores of DELTA TEX LLC TM COLIN’S in Ukraine, controlled by the Ukrainian government, with the exception of temporarily occupied territories.
  1. Terms and conditions for accruing and using promotional points
  • As an exception to the general terms and conditions of the Loyalty Program, 25% of the cost of the purchased goods will be accrued in the form of bonus points only during the Promotion period.
  • 1 point = 1 hryvnia discount. Bonus points can be used to pay up to 70% of the cost of goods during the next purchase.
  • Promotional points are available for use until June 30, 2026, inclusive, after which they will be canceled.
  • To receive points, the buyer must be a registered member of the Loyalty Program. For purchases in the online store, registration and placing an order through your personal account are required.
  1. List of goods participating in the Promotion
  • All goods are participating.
  • The promotion does not apply to defective goods.
  1. Restrictions
  • The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers.
  1. Returns and exchanges
  • Returns/exchanges are carried out in accordance with Ukrainian law, in particular the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights.”
  • In case of return of goods:
    — Accrued points are canceled;
    — Used points are not restored.
  1. Right to make changes
    DELTA TEX LLC reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion. All changes will be published on colins.com or in consumer corners in physical stores.
